2012 NANP Convention Schedule Of Events
Here's all the information on what we have planned for San Antonio. You can register for NANP events on-line by using the "2012 NANP Convention Registration" link. If you prefer to fill out the registration form off line and mail it in along with your check, down load the "2012 NANP Convention Registration PDF".
If you're using the PDF I would appreciate an email telling me your coming to the convention and list the events you plan on attending. I need to put the attendance numbers together at least one month prior to the convention and a lot of people wait until the last minute to mail those in.
Use this link to to email me with your information.
Thanks,
Ron

0900-1000; Executive Board Meeting in the Presidio Room
1730-2130: Reception Dinner: Heavy Hors D’oeuvres in the Presidio Room ($39.00 Per Person)
We’re doing a reception with Heavy Hors D’oeuvres instead of a Buffet dinner to start things off this year. We’ve added another dinner to the mix this year so we’re going to cut back a little on the first event. It gets everyone together in a less formal atmosphere for drinks and Heavy Hors D’oeuvres while keeping the price down. Don't worry, there's lots of good stuff to eat!

We’ve planned an off site dinner on the River Walk just a short distance from the hotel. I’m told its easy walking distance from the hotel right along the water. The restaurant is recommended by the San Antonio Convention and Visitors Bureau as one of the best in the area.
We've reserved the "Veranda" which is Casa Rio’s original private party room. "Adorned with colorful Mexican tapestries and twinkling lights, the Veranda is a festive location for your celebration. The glass doors of the Veranda provide a panoramic view of the River Walk, while allowing you and your guests to leisurely enjoy the special occasion."
DINNER MENU:
FAJITA GRANDE BUFFET -Guacamole, Chili con Queso, Grilled Shrimp, Marinated Beef & Chicken Fajita Strips, Pico de Gallo, Sour Cream, Grilled Peppers & Onions, Shredded Cheese, Mexican Rice, Borracho Beans, Flour Tortillas, Chips, Hot Sauce, Iced Tea and Bunuelos.

Golf: Location and first tee time TBD ($50.00) Just so you know..if the greens fee is less than $50.00 we're keeping difference:)
Tee times for most of the golf courses in San Antonio are controlled by a central booking agency and they can’t book a small group like our this far out. We will be playing at a one of several courses near the hotel but I’m not sure which one.
