Sponsor a Sailor Program
NANP has two more workshops scheduled in 2012 and we need your help to make this program work!
Our Sponsor a Sailor program is a year round effort to support our active duty MC's. To that end we are splitting the program into two sections. Part one is the traditional effort that pays for our active duty to join us during the conventions. This is important because it helps with our recuriting and boost our active duty involvment but it doesn't go near far enough. We have fallen short of what we "Can" do. If all we're doing is buying dinner and golf once a year why should anyone on active duty join the association?
That leads me to part two of the program and I can sum it up in one word...TRAINING! We "Can" provide training to our active duty that they might not otherwise get including events like the Shoot Offs. We "Can" provide local training by facilitating local experts in Photography, Journalism, Graphics and webdesign to go directly to the commands and provide hands on training. We might not be able to do the training ourselves but we "Can" still make it happen!
The paypal link below has two options. Option one supports our traditional Sponsor a sailor program. Option Two supports our training program. Now you can choose how we spend your money.
